Another Monday

I can't believe it's been a whole week since I posted last. The darn trees and their pollen have pretty much made me miserable the past 7 days. I can hardly remember the days when I didn't have a bright red nose and teary eyes.

I am looking froward to the Crafter's Flea Market this weekend. The weekend looks good so far; so if you're in the Raleigh area be sure to stop by for some excellent shopping opportunities.

Above is the newest pair of earrings. They are made with vintage Czech glass flowers and glass leaves. The ear wires are sterling silver.

I will be adding plenty of new pieces to my shop in the next few weeks, be sure to check back often.

A Wash Out

Well, take a look at the picture..... The weather sure did not cooperate for my first show of the season. Friday is rained more than I have seen in along time; and to boot it was 45 degrees. Saturday it was cloudy and windier (if that's possible). After one of my heavy iron displays became airborne I decided to pack it up and call it a day. I woke up Sunday morning feeling like garbage so I decided it was best to not brave the cold temperature and blustery winds.

I am now looking forward to the next show, The Crafter's Flea Market, which always proves successful. It's at the end of the month so hopefully the weather will be more predictable.

Beautiful Weather

The past two days have been beautiful! I couldn't ask for better weather. Tomorrow starts the 3 day Farmers Market craft show and the temperature is going to drop 20 degrees and we're expecting 2 inches of rain....lovely. Luckily Saturday and Sunday at least the sun will be out.

Welcome March!

Once March rolls around it is officially Spring in my mind. I am ready to break out the shorts, tanks and flip flops. How about you? Are you ready to say buh-bye to the cold weather?

This Saturday in honor of the first Saturday in March I will be having some blowout specials. Be sure to stop by the "Saturday Night Specials" thread in the promotions section of the Etsy forums.

The thread is started at 5pm by the very talented Willowglass. There are always some fabulous finds and deals to be had.

Now, I cant get into too much detail about the specials I am going to be running right now,but I promise it will be worth stopping by and taking a look around.
